From Yahoo! Sports:
If he's not going to start in Philadelphia, he'd like to be starting elsewhere.
Let the quarterback discussion commence a day after the Eagles' season ended. Kolb, who was the starter entering this season until he was knocked out of the opener with a concussion and Michael Vick(notes) took off, has been a backup for most of four seasons with the Eagles.
The team signed Kolb to an extension this past offseason that gave him an $11 million bonus, making it highly unlikely he'll be traded unless a team steps up in a big way with draft pick compensation.

Now that this news has come out, I was thinking that Kolb would never be available. From what I hear, the Eagles would want a couple first-round picks for Kolb.
I don't really know much about Kolb, except the Eagles call him "Injury Prone" from his concussion in week one.
Strengths: Accurate on short passes, has some mobility and can run.
Weaknesses: Sometimes will force the ball into heavy traffic, and needs to become a smarter passer.
The question is: Is he worth it?
