Frasier

The fact is Frazier has been a flat out bad coach.  He gets outcoached on gameday, and he hasn't outschemed anybody since the eagles game of last year.  Most the the team plays with no fire and commits stupid penalties.  Players who have no on field success (Mcnabb, Berrian, Johnson, Remi) start week after week even when there are players underneath them that have the possibility to play better or just as bad.  This is even more inexcusable in light of the Mckinnie cutting.  How are you gonna cut one of the few average quality linemen you have for not being disciplined during the offseason when half the team is going to play with no discipline anyway?  Nobody got the message.

All of the FA signings are busts, except Jenkins, who was on Musgrave .  Meanwhile talented players sit on the bench unused (Gerhart, E Griffin, Webb, Rudolph, even Harvin before the press almost chased Frazier and Musgrave out of town!!)

Frazier has to coach better.  It's a tough hand he has been dealt but nobody gets to coach a super bowl contender on the first day of the job.  I always liked his defenses from a few years ago, and that's probably why he got the job.  But the more power he has the more his defenses regress.  Whats up with that?  If the vikes don't show some forward momentum next season I don't see how you can keep Frasier and/or Spielmen around.  They have really struggled without Chilly running the show.  That's saying alot.
