After the stadium project was kicked in the nuts by the douchebag known as Kurt Zellers, it seems to be picking up steam again. According to the AP, Mark Dayton met with state law makers today who support the stadium and plans to release a detailed stadium proposal with some sort of funding plan. they then plan to air it through public hearings and hopefully pass it beofre January. It may not be much, but its a start. Hopefully this time Zellers shuts the hell up.
