I was looking at the quality of later round LT in the draft and decided to score them a little differently. I thought I'd rank them by Quality Of Opponents, number of team sacks given up, and productivity of the running game.
I came up with a surprising list.
The number one LT in the draft by this system was not MK. He actully has faced no significant DE all year.
Not perfect by any means but interesting.
The top LT in this list is actually Brandon Mosley, Auburn. Ranked at 95th by cbs sports he has the second highest QOO score in the draft. The Auburn running game was rather prolific. And the line has given up only 13 sacks all year.
The real surprise for me was who came in second. That was James Carmon, Mississippi St. He had the highest QOO score on the list. The line gave up a paltry 11 sacks, and the MIss running game was Ok to. He is ranked at 188th.
