Maybe draft a LT…but not in the first round. Sullivan was healthy all year…that alone makes him valuble. Undersized yeah, but how many fumbled snaps were there? How many mistakes does he make? Not many because hes smart and thats why he gets by. I just like the fact that hes young and getting better and doesnt miss much work. Lunch pail guy…love it. Make only a move at LT…let them gel together and they`ll be a top 5 group. Herrera is awesome…when hes healthy…but hes not…ever. Dump him. The legs of Ponder and Webb helps too…get Love in there…Fusco too…I think the O-Line and the D-Line is the least of our problems…Linebacker and secondary for the first round.

He makes good line calls. His blocking has improved. He works really hard. After this season, once Hutchinson retires from his great career, or perhaps moves on to another team, Sullivan will be the leader of our offensive line.

I believe we are also seeing Herrera’s last games as a Viking.

If we draft an LT, as we should, Sullivan will become the veteran of our OL group.

The Vikings did the right thing in extending Sullivan’s contract, and as Vikings fans we can feel blessed that Sullivan will be a Viking for a long, long time.
