In the story "A Christmas Carol", Ebenezer Scrooge is visited by three famous ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, & Future...

Well, so far on this blog I've been talking a lot about the present/future of the Minnesota Vikings. For this post, however, I want to take a page out of the Past Ghost's playbook, if you will, and look at what happened the last time the Saints traveled to Minnesota. We seem to end up in NO almost every season (some matchups more conspicuous than others, of course), but one has to go back to 2005 (Week 3) to find a Metrodome contest between the two teams before last Sunday.
You'll be amazed at how things have changed:

Now the really fun stuff:
We had Kluwe as punter, but kicking field goals was...
Paul Edinger!! Most widely remembered, I'm guessing, for kicking "that one long field goal" to beat Green Bay later that year. Hey...we couldn't rely on Gary Anderson forever!
Even better, though, was the guy punting against us...
Mitch Berger! (Nope...couldn't even find a picture of him in a NO uniform)
See...now wasn't that better than re-hashing Sunday's blowout?!
