As far as what this means. . .I'm no legal eagle or anything, but I'll tell you what it means in layman's terms, from what I can discern.
It means that this has moved from the mediation room to the court room, and we're not going to see the end of it for a long time.
Free agency? Don't even think about it. It's not happening for a long time, either.
I hope that both of these sides are happy with themselves. . .all the time they had to remedy this problem, and they decided that the best solution was to potentially kill the golden goose.
