Most fans and nearly every kick returner aren't happy with the new "safety-conscious" NFL kickoff rule. However, the Sports Pickle, one of the best sports satire sites around, discovered a group of players that couldn't be happier about it--the kickers. In fact, the kickers propose a few new rules on top of moving the kickoffs to the 35-yard line.
