Mock drafts are tough...
… but I’ll pose for a photo wearing a Vikings jersey of your choice if GB takes a running back at 32.

Apparantly you didn't watch many Packers playoff games.
His numbers don’t really show it, but that guy is legit.
Of course he looked well...
I guess I just competitively hope for our sakes it was a flash in the pan
Doesn't sound like it.
From what I have heard about his abilities, this guy could be a 1000 yard back fairly easily. So long as he stays healthy and the O-line blocks well.
Scary as hell if you ask me.
It really could be. I just hope he doesn’t go back to riding the pine this next season with Grant coming back. I’ve always been of the opinion that Grant was pretty much serviceable at best. I think Starks could turn out to be an above average running back in the league if he continues to develop.

It could be partly attributed to...
the gelling of your O-line mid-way through the season. It seemed like something clicked and they all figured out how it worked.
If he does turn out to be the real deal, and your line and receiving corps doesn’t change much, the Packers are going to be scary for years to come.
But then again, so will the Bears, Lions and even the Vikes if we make the right moves this off-season. I predict the NFC north being one of, if not the, best divisions in the NFL over the next few years.
Should be exciting as hell.
Yeah, it’s going to be a very competitive division.

I'm not sure
everyone will agree with me, but I see Chicago taking a nose dive, and Detroit taking their place in the race

I don't know if he is or not (though I'm excited to see if he develops)...
.. but I don’t think that Thompson will reach for a running back at 32 based on his approach to the draft, and I think if he takes a running back there, it’ll be a reach.

Keep forgetting
It’s looking like he’s going to be leaving town as well. He just hired Ronsenhaus as his agent and wants to get starting back pay and playing time. I don’t think the Pack are going to play ball with that sort of demand.

Icky
Drew is the slimiest of the slimy.
He is probably blowing smoke up Jackson’s ass, telling him he could be a top five back if he signs somewhere else.
Surprising how these atheletes don’t realize that the main reason Drew pushes them to re-sign or test free agency is so he can get more money.
You're probably right
But I hate projecting trades in these things.

I know what you mean...
I was going to add that you either didn’t want to predict the trade, or that you weren’t allowed under the guidelines for the Mock Draft.
But, given the situation I would likely take Nate Soldier over Locker. We are gonna need a replacement for Big Mac soon.
Yeah, it's hard enough trying to figure out
what team is picking who, much less projecting trades.

Interesting.
Fairly & Bowers have been falling everywhere in mock drafts since the combine. They were both consensus top 3 picks just a month ago. Now, you have them almost falling to us. With a little luck, one of them will fall to 12.
Note: At SB Minnesota I could only comment being my Facebook profile; not as my SB profile. a.k.a. Odin. Not a big deal, just weird.

Even without trades..........
You don’t take Locker at #12 overall.

I agree
A trade increases the value of our draft(in this scenario). Locker could probably be had later in the draft. That’s the only reason I don’t like this pick. I want to get on Locker’s wagon, I really do, but I don’t know if I can. I don’t care if he was projected #1 overall last year. He just hasn’t looked like a solid QB. Maybe he truly is a victim of a bad team. It’s hard to tell. I don’t think we can afford to draft a “project” at #12. We need someone to come in and have an immediate impact next year.
Skol!
