Are we forgetting... Chris Cook?

Chris Cook was the Vikings first selection in last year's 2010 NFL Draft. He was the 34th pick. Due to injury, we didn't get to see Cook's full production and I feel some of us have written him off to soon.

In the 5 games Cook started he recorded 21 tackles and 0 INT's. Cedric Griffin, the guy I would consider our best corner, was too selected in the 2nd round (48th pick) by the Vikings. In Griffin's rookie season he started 13 games and recorded 69 tackles and 0 INT's. Let's say Cook stay's healthy and keeps his steady pace of 4 tackles a game (that he started) he would have ended the season with 64 tackles!!! Now probably not realistic, but this kid shows some good upside. Could we be looking at him and Griffin starting, with Asher Allen in the nickle and Winfield at Strong Safety??? I would love it....
