MTD Live Mock Draft Results
DOUBLE EDIT: I wanted to do a post about this draft, but once again, one of our fine readers has already gone ahead and done it for us. And, as we always say. . .duplication of effort is ridiculous. - Chris
(EDIT): Credit goes to Marksp18 for this draft. Nice work.
I found a very interesting Mock Draft done over at SB Nation's Mocking the Draft. Here is the link to it if you would like to read the entire mock.
After the jump I will post the Viking's draft picks. It is not bad at all in my opinion.
#12 Anthony Castonzo, OT Boston College
#43 Ryan Mallet, QB Arkansas
4th round Buster Skrine, DB Tenn-Chat
5th round Jordan Cameron, TE Southern Cal
5th round Niles Paul, WR Nebraska
6th round Chris Conte, S Cal
6th round Rob Housler, TE FAU
7th round Brandon Hogan, DB West Virginia
7th round Alex Linnenkohl, C Oregon State
The first four picks are pretty solid in my opinion. I know I haven't been the biggest Mallet fan, and I still wouldn't draft him in the 1st round, it would be hard to argue with drafting him at #43.
I would change the second pick in the 5th round from Niles Paul to Cecil Shorts III and then draft Joe Lefeged, SS Rutgers in the 6th.

I gave it a solid B
The first 4 picks all could contribute a lot in year 1. I don’t know enough about the last 2 picks. And I already mentioned that I like a few different players that were available in the 5th and 6th rounds. But it’s a decent draft.
"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it."
Vikes in a tough spot
I love the QB pick in the 2nd round since there’s less pressure, but I wish the vikes could pick a different position in the first. I’m not convinced an OT is the way to go for the team, but then again there is nobody that fell to the vikes. If only Joe Webb could’ve sucked in the philly game, then the vikes could have had a better pick. Oh well.
I agree
But Castonzo is the BPA in this scenario. He will be solid. Perhaps another change I would make is draft an interior lineman as well, instead of 2 TEs.
"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it."
I agree NM
Shoring up the O-line in the face of Webb, Mallet or someone else starting at QB is vital.
I still think trading back to pick 20-25 and picking upa 3rd rounder. Grabbing Pouncy or Wesnewsi might be a better bet. If we need a center we got it, If we need them at guard so be it.
Problem is with free agency in limbo it is anyones guess.. The FA scramble will be rediculous when the CBA is finally in place. You can’t fall back on the draftto fill who you couldn’t sign in FA and now just hope you have the bucks to fill the needs remaining

There was a conditional offer to trade back
San Diego wanted Quinn, Bowers, or Miller and were offering the #20, 61, & 89 for #12, 106, & 139 if any of these players were available. I hesitated because of Bowers. I would have traded down if the other two were there.
But all the were picked and San Diego stayed put. No other team wanted to move up as I was offering.
As far as adding a late round offensive lineman, I felt that Housler was the BPA at the time compared to any offensive lineman. I also think (as I explained above) that the Vikings already have some developmental offensive linemen on the team in Seth Olsen (drafted in the 4th round, Thomas Welch (drafted in the 7th round), and Patrick Borwn (undrafted but now on the active roster).
Adding another late round lineman IMO is no better than these guys who have at least been good enough to make the PS and are just still developing (i.e., getting stronger).
Add in the fact that all 3 Viking TEs are in their 30s (JK 34, VS 31, & JD 30) and in the last year of their contracts and the Vikings need an influx of TEs similar to what New England did last year. I was thinking of taking Charles Clay there instead as he is more of a FB/HB. But the two guys I got are athletic and can catch the ball. All the Vikings would need if they added these two guys this year, is a big blocking type TE next year or via free agency in 2012. Also maybe one of these two could bust.
Basically at the end of the draft I was just trying to add BPA besides Linnenkohl. I maybe should have went Adrian Moten or Brandon Bair or Charles Clay at #235 instead of the center.
a blocking TE
All the Vikings would need if they added these two guys this year, is a big blocking type TE next year or via free agency in 2012.
Chris Blohm (Yale) could be worth a look late in this year’s draft or even as an UDFA. especially if we’re planning to use two TE sets. you picked a couple good TE’s though, esp considering they were in the 5th/6th.
though FWIW, several (in fact, nearly all) of the TE’s we have met/talked with or are supposedly interested in are H-back type players (Lance Kendricks, DJ Williams, Ryan Taylor, Julius Thomas)…i think that’s pretty interesting, i’m looking forward to what Musgrave might have in store.
Brandon Fusco and James Brewer were still on the board in the 5th
I’d probably take either one over Niles Paul.
"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it."
I watched Niles Paul drop WAY to many easy balls last year.
Troy Williamson minus the speed.

Thanks for posting this NM
I agreed to do it again with no help of course (thanks everyone). :)
Here is some explanation.
12. Anthony Castonzo OT 6’7" 311 5.21
The first pick was tough and I really thought about taking Jimmy Smith CB which would have been sure to make more than a few people unhappy. So I went with the safe pick and took Castonzo. He is sure to take over for McKinnie in 2012. Ideally a new CBA will be in place prior to training camp and the Vikings can trade McKinnie for a pick in 2012. That is what I would do.
Although I do not have an explanation of why I did not take Cam Newton at #12 to be honest. It could be one of my regrets you could say. But I was drafting based on how I think the actual picks will go and I do not see Newton lasting to #12. In the real draft the Vikings would have some ’splaining" to do if they passed on Newton in round 1.
43. Ryan Mallett QB 6’7" 253 5.37
This was tough as Stephen Paea and Martez Wilson were on the board. Also, it was a probable mistake in that the Patriots wanted to trade #60, 92, & 159 for #43. I think it may have been possible for Mallett to be there at #60. This is the one move I wish I had back but I could not let a QB get by again. And since I think he is the best one in the draft, I picked him there. Now I know this contradicts what I said earlier about how I think the real draft will go down. If I really liked Mallett I should have taken him at #12 and then did the trade with the Patriots. Another regret.
106. Buster Skrine 5’10" 4.37
Skrine is one of my favorite players now and I really would like to see the Vikings get him. He runs a 4.29 forty and does the 3 cone in an incredible 6.44. That is the best in the entire draft and shows his change of direction abilities. I think he is a perfect CB to cover a speed WR or slot WR. I was going to take Marucs Gilchrist though but somebody took him right before me.
139. Jordan Cameron TE 6’5" 254 4.53
I was going to take Virgil Green but he was picked right before me again. But as a USC fan I like Jordan and he does have some upside. Add in the fact that all 3 TEs on the Vikings are going to be 30 or over and in the last year of their contracts and a TE is definitely in order. I almost took Fusco over Paul and was hoping he would make it to 172. Another regret. I also going to take O’Dowd at #139 but somebody got him right before I did.
172. Chris Conte S 6-2 197 4.52
At this point I was mainly looking for BPA with safety in mind. Conte is ranked #97 in the cbssports.com prospect rankings and is the #3 FS on their board. He made First Team All PAC 10 in his first year starting at free safety. Too much value to pass up and fills a need I think.
200. Rob Housler TE 6’5" 246 4.46
This pick was not plan but the stinky Giants took Chris Neild DT 6’2 319 two picks prior. I wanted to get Neild and gambled and lost. So I went off the BPA list and grabbed another TE/HB. Housler is ranked 121 in the cbssports.com rankings and is the #6 TE.
215. Brandon Hogan CB 5’10 193 4.43
Hogan is ranked #132 in the cbssports.com rankings and is the #17 CB. He was basically the BPA besides Derrick Locke. He is a good corner and can play both man and zone well. I guess his character concerns are causing his stock to drop. But in round 7 he is a steal IMHO.
235. Alex Linnenkohl C 6-2 304
Well I had to grab one center or the masses would be upset. He is the #3 ranked center in the profootballweekly magazine and made second team All PAC 10. he may be a nice developmental prospect.
So there are the explanations. I can expound a bt on the TWO TE selections. Since as I said, all 3 TEs will be free agents. Also, Kleinsasser is sure to be gone after 2011 since he will be 35 in 2012. Dugan may be gone this year if these picks actually occurred,. I would just put Kleinsasser back at FB this year where I believe he belongs.
The TWO CB selections are necessary IMHO because there is definite uncertainty with how Griffen (and Cook to a lesser degree) will come back and perform. Also, Winfield will turn 34 in June so in 2012 he will be 35 and near the end of his time probably.
Of course I say this with JK & AW not only because of their age but also because of their salaries. They may take less to keep playing but sooner or later the Vikings may want to get younger.
These are the undrafted free agents I would try and add if that would be possible …

UDFA Blaine Sumner DT Colorado School of the Mines
Introducing the Vanilla Gorilla: Blaine Sumner, DT, Colorado School of Mines: 6’-2", 335lbs., 5.2s 40, 33" vertical, 905lb squat, 635lb max bench, 50 reps at 225lbs.
I got this tip form a poster at vikingupdate.com
Overview
Very productive 4-year-starter, small-school pure nose.
’07: 33 total tackles, 7 TFLs, 6.5 sacks.
’08: 32-4.5-1.5
’09: 33-7-4, along with 2 hurries and a FR.
’10: 32-6.5-.5, along with 2 FRs, and 3 blocked kicks.
Also ran the ball occasionally in SY or goal line. Career rushing mark: 26-38-3.
Strengths
Freakishly strong pure nose. Has squatted 1000 pounds. Has done 50 reps at 225, with a 635 bench max. 425 hang clean. Plays with good leverage. Can stone the double team at this level. Pro size. Quicker than you might think. Very consistent and reliable. Will earn his money.
Weaknesses
Short arms. No versatility. A little overaged. Maxed out. May be too tightly wound. Despite his straight line speed, will not be much of a pass rush threat at the next level.
Projection
Priority UDFA who will be a tough cut for a 3-4 team.
UDFA Dexter Larimore DT Ohio State
Ohio State Pro day: NT Dexter Larimore (6-2 5/8, 319), the only one of these players not at the combine, ran a 5.11 40-yard dash, along with a 29 1/2-inch vertical jump, 8.4 broad, 4.57 short shuttle, and 7.41 in the three-cone drill. He also rattled off 32 reps in the bench press, and probably got himself drafted with these numbers. I cold see him as a fourth-rounder or below. – Gil Brandt, NFL.com

I probably should have taken Mallett at #12 and the trade with the Patriots. I should have moved up to get O’Dowd or jus taken Fusco at #150. But I am not sold on Fusco. I really think that the Vikings are going to let Sullivan give it his best shot this year and may even move Cook to center full time. Cook maybe the best center on the team and they do not use him there. Could be his shotgun snaps?
A reason for not going with interior linemen late is because the Vikings have 3 guys on the PS who I think are going to make a contribution. Seth Olsen was a 4th round draft pick. Thomas Welch was a 7th round draft pick. And Patrick Brown was undrafted but finished last season on the active roster. They really like him. So the Vikings already have some developmental type offensive linemen and I saw no reason to select the leftovers in round 6 and 7.
I do not think I can do another one of these as they may do one right before the draft. But if no one has time to represent the Vikings I can do it. But the next one will be what I would want to do which you know will be whacked! :)
I hope I did not do too bad of a job.
I forgot 150
150. Niles Paul 6-1 224 4.45
I picked Paul because of his size and strength and ability to beat the press jam. But he does have his drops issues. But he was still ranked #96 in the cbspsorts, con rankings. With the possibility of Rice leaving I could not wait any longer. Only if they had signed Rice prior to 2012. Damn! Anyway, I did waiver between him and Fusco and this was probably the move that took the grade down for some. My bad.
I thought you did a good job.
Obviously I would have taken Cam with #12. I would have understood why you would have selected Mallet at that position. You bring up an interesting point though. If the Vikes wait to select a QB then they are stuck doing that in the second round ( depending on the QB they want). The trade with NE would have been great. What an offer. Many picks.
Could you have selected Mallet with #12 and still shored up the O-Line? I bet you could have. The #60 spot still would have had a good OT or two, but not nearly as highly rated as Castonzo.
I appreciate your work.
IT IS TIME TO DO WHAT IT TAKES TO DRAFT A FRANCHISE QUARTERBACK.
No more old guys. No more excuses. No more passing up our own great drafted quarterback.
Thanks LL
It was Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. The MIsses is not too happy with me so I am going to have a whole lot of “honey dos” coming up for sure! :)
To be honest, i really had no reason not to take Cam besides the fact that I think it is unrealistic that he will get by all those teams needing QBs. You are right and I have realized that I should have just went ahead and taken Mallett at #12 and then did the trade with New England. I could have selected James Carpenter or John Moffitt at #60 and Clint Boling at #92.
Sorry to have been out of town. Maybe next draft we can converse.

No prob
In fact I owe you an apology for stepping on your toes with this post. I honestly didn’t know it was you who conducted the draft. I don’t know how the Buster Skrine pick didn’t give it away!
"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it."
No worries
You have every right to post it here. If I am going to represent the Vikings fans over there then it should be posted wherever and I should be scorned or praised whatever the case may be.
I got no problems with any of it and I actually look forward to different opinions.
It would be nice to see what others would have done and they can also include the trade with the Patriots of $43 for #60, 92, & 159.
Love Mallett
I was high on Jake Locker until I have looked further into Mallett…I think a peyton manning type tall pocket passer is what we need….with weapons like webb, AP, Rice, Percy we don’t need a Cam Newton type player to run the offense, we need someone that will deliver the ball to our receivers and tight ends.
As far as the first pick, lets get the best player available at a position that makes sense.
by Jermaine_Wiggins_Love on Apr 4, 2011 5:09 PM CDT reply actions
Agreed
With questions about his motivation, he’s not worth a 1st round pick but he’s a solid risk/reward in the 2nd round and I’d be happy to get him there.
I can’t imagine Newton slipping out of the top 10 so I don’t think Costanza will be the BPA come draft day, but he was the way this all shook out so it was a solid pick IMO.
Yeah, the problem with Newton in Purple
Is that we don’t need a QB that is necessarily going to be the center peice. We have a lot of talented people around him, AD, Percy, Rice(assuming he stays) and if Newton is going to be trying to run all over the place or can’t play second-fiddle to those players, he’s going to have problems.
Skol!
I love how
Everyone and their mother has bashed the Niles Paul pick. Regardless of some of his measurables – 6-1, 225 pounds and ran a 4.42 40 – he cannot hold onto the ball for the life of him.
Outside of that, was there any thought towards drafting two quarterbacks? Kaepernick went in the 4th round and both Pat Devlin and Ricky Stanzi went in the 5th round (Stanzi being available in the Niles Paul spot)
by why am i in omaha on Apr 5, 2011 1:19 AM CDT reply actions
No thought to 2 Qbs
I could not do that since the Vikings already have Webb & Bomar both of whom are under contract. I believe that Bomar is getting the minimum next year and I also believe it is guaranteed. It is one of the inducements they used to get him to come over from the Giants PS.
Having 4 young developmental QBs would be a waste IMO. I believe if they are going to pick a guy then they should have faith that he can do the job.
I have other ideas of what I could have done after seeing the results but who would have thought the Kaepernick would last to round 4 among fans doing the draft?
I liked the Paul pick and I think he is better than given credit. I also do not know enough about Martinez but I did not think Nebraska had a top notch passing game. Paul was one of the highest rated players on the board at the time he was picked so I thought it was good value. And as I said, with the possibility of Rice leaving, Paul can come in and be groomed to eventually make a shot at starting. I like his strength to get off press coverage.
I am not worried about drops right now. I hope he can get a handle on it. But he has all the other symptoms you would like in a WR.
Still, I guess I should have taken Fusco with that pick and taken a WR later.
I just believe for some reason that Sullivan is going to surprise some people next year. He will be 4 years removed from college. He is definitely stronger and can handle all the calls. Some forget how well he played in 2009 when the Vikings almost made it all the way. And that was his second year. Last year his calf injury prevented him from being able to hold up against the big DTs. He is very smart and that cannot be taken for granted. There must be a reason why Cook still cannot take over the center spot since he played it so well in college. I believe he is going to be the comeback player of the year to be honest.
Gahhh!
My brain hurts. This is a pointless exercise, but it’s the only thing us NFL fans have right now. This offseason sucks so bad that even our drastically limited speculations give me no satisfaction. All the intrigue of past drafts with the potential for trade packages is gone, and this draft will likely be the most boring ever. That said, I’d like to have seen us take a defensive lineman somewhere, and I’m not completely sold on Mallet. I voted C. Can’t wait for draft day.
I agree about the DT
I did not get one early and at every turn the DTs were getting taken before I picked. In hindsight I probably should have taken Stephen Paea at #43 and Kaepernick at #106 or Stanzi at #139.
No you were right to pass on Kaepernick
"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it."
I wonder what the grade would be if I did this ...
12. Anthony Castonzo OT
43. Ryan Mallett QB
106. Buster Skrine CB
139. Jordan Cameron TE
150. Brandon Fusco
172. Chris Conte FS
200. Jeremy Kerley WR
215. Brandon Hogan CB
235. Blaine “The Vanilla Gorilla” Sumner DT
Terrell Mclain was available too

SERIOUSLY?
I saw the title, and I have to wonder what kind of losers follow a live MOCK draft? It isn’t even the real thing! You guys have way too much time on your hands…go do something productive or reproductive, I don’t care which.
actually, i think it was a live "pre-mock draft"....in preparation for the "real mock draft"
in the future there will be no war...there will only be rollerball.
Yeah, that's crazy
That a guy from the DN wanted to represent our fanbase by making the picks in a Live Mock Draft on the SBNation website “Mocking the Draft”. Why would anyone bring up a mock draft on that site? Plus, it’s the NFL offseason and the draft is less than a month away. Some people are fans of ALL aspects of the NFL, not just watching their one game on Sundays.
Skol!
Thanks DM
I really did not see the purpose to responding to this dude because he makes no contributions to the discussion of Viking football (no matter how frivolous it may seem to be). The dude has 4 comments since joining and does not have any blogs of his own thus demonstrating his capacity for original thought or lack thereof.
Some cats are just not down with talking about the draft and since they have nothing to offer they can only come with negativity. That is their life and how they roll.
I try not to comment negatively about almost all blogs because it serve no purpose and may mess with my enjoyment of my nightly adult beverage! :)
You need to learn to be patient .
I posted 4 times and owned this site . Then got bored and left because most here feel entitled . Learn to except these negative views . Eventually these bloggers will share an opinion if allowed to test the field . Most at this site are afraid to have a real opinion . That is because SBN has poor rules that are not enforced . It’s the GB and CHI site that warns and bans others to quickly . This site is becoming them . To some of us you are a novice and ramble alot . But that’s OK . Your style works for you and I don’t wish for you not to be heard . Above you took an OT scheduled to go maybe 10 slots lower and a QB in the second with big red flags along with a 6th rder and 7 7ths or FA’s . No wonder this guy feels you have only posted 3 times yourself with that type of out of the box thinking . I am an out of the box type too . But others don’t see ..
I blew this point up when I came to this fledgling site . Get off your imaginary high horse and see your next post as your first . Then you wouldn’t judge . Hell our judges can’t even do that . What makes you think you can ?
Next you will imagine you type better than me ? LOL
That's not in the spirit of this blog though
The idea of this blog is to discuss mostly vikings football and everything that surrounds it. Sometimes we’ll get some other Minnesota Local discussions, but mainly Vikings/NFL talk. I’m going to stick up for a guy(mark) when he spent his entire weekend participating and representing the DN in a Live Mock Draft. He certainly didn’t have to do that(with his posts he clearly is a big fan of the draft), but as a member and active participant here, again, I appreciate that. I don’t think it’s stuck up or on a high horse if I point out the ridiculousness of calling someone a “loser” for participating in a Mock draft less than a month before the Draft. The DN has had probably 75% of its stories/fanposts about the draft and the Mocking The Draft site is 100% draft/mock articles.
Skol!
Not true . Read the rules . All opinions and discussion is to be allowed if said within boundries .
APC acts like the are a Pack fan only site . In the beginning SBN was to be more than that . Individual stes lost focus on that perspective . DEN’s site sends a pole out to their rivals in their division every year . Ballzy and in line with SBN’s original objective . I once called Mr. Gates a pioneer in this area of discussion . And ment it at the time . Times change though as he Journalizes with passion , comments like my sister onthe rag and strayed from the rules as they are written .
DN = Gates
Gates =DN
SBN > both
Purple fans < Gonzo
SBN rules < Gonzo and his Editors
—-I don’t ignore the Editors because I don’t value their passion of the game , the Vikes or their colorful opinions . I fear that the straying away of the Sites core values has caused many fans to avoid this site in fear of bullying and retaliation by it’s Editors . I’m done teaching wisdom her . I speak to a few and move along . I fogot how to have an opinion her . So I simply say .
In reguards to this mock ?
Only Musgrave could sway us to go RT . As to slide Loadholt into Herrera’s spot . As I believe that Mallet walked out on a Viking meeting . But it is true Dalton may go before him . I see BPA depending on who falls . A high chance of a trade if so . And Singletary getting an MLB in the second . OG,CB,FS,TE all will come on the third day with much better value than last year . As DET squirms in wait and CHI and GB grade out lower than us by far .
Can’t we just get along with the Green Muslims and their Cheesie Allah…..

I would prefer to be a loser thanks .
If you posted less I could enjoy my senseless drivel more . Are you a converted CFL guy . We have been picking up a few guys lately ?
It's been awhile . Hello again .
First off it was a well thought view overall . But I can’t see an OL pick other than Tyron . And only if he wowed us in his visit . This is an impossible year to predict . That is why I have been reluctent to commit . To me ? Unless the right guy falls . CB/NEB a dream , Bowers w/the knee , Quinn w/suspension , Gab or New or Julio are outside possibilities. I joked that our best move , if these are gone , would be to trade out of the 1st all together . Both NE’s 2nd and 3rd’s almost equal in value . As they would get three 1st’s . That would offer great positioning to consider an OT . I felt last year that we would target a OLB or WR . We sacrificed those picks for Gerhart . Unless we trade down in the 1st . I can’t see us entertaining an OT this early . Sorry . Because of this same lack of fire power .
We are looking at OG’s in the 5th rd also . FA could also be an option to eliminate the need of an OT all together . Who was worse in the last three years ? McKinnie or Madeau .
I see your point but no GMs wanted to trade so I had to pick somebody at #12
well New Orleans wanted to offer their #241 and their second 3rd round pick #88 for #12 and I told the guy no thanks.
So who would you have picked at #12.
To be honest I almost took Jimmy Smith CB.
Castonzo was the best offensive player left on the board
Smith is not the best defensive player left. I think you did good by taking Caztonzo.
"I am patient with stupidity but not with those who are proud of it."
Yeah but he is the best CB left and should be a top 15 candidate easily.
His past mistakes are coming back to haunt him though.
But the Vikings are in bad shape at corner back IMO. There is no guarantee with Griffen. Two major knee surgeries. Man that has to be tough to recover from.
I can put some “hope” in Cook as he is young. I will say I did not like the pick originally and really still don’t but I have to support a Viking.
Winfield is in his last years and Asher seems like a pretty good nickel.
I would argue that taking Smith at #12 would have the biggest impact of any move they can make besides getting a franchise QB.
Having said all that, the offensive line is also aging and on the downside in 3 spots. So Castonzo does help to alleviate that pressure.
Man the roster is not in too good of shape after 5 years under Childress. So many spots where players are old and declining which is normal.
That's also the price for getting Jared Allen
We could have used those picks over the years, but we can’t complain about the production we’ve gotten from him either. The Moss pick and the picks for Toby are the ones that stick out to me. They’re also the most recent.
Skol!
Agreed
But there was the move up for TJack, the pick of Cook, the move up for Tyrell, the move up for Booty, the move up for Jaymar, the trading picks away to get Bollinger and McMahon. There were lots of bad moves all behind chasing after players.
I hope that they do not chase anymore players and perhaps try and accumulate more picks and just take the BPA along the way. That would start the rebuilding of the roster IMO. It is one of the reasons I selected the two TEs. If Housler was still on the board then I felt he would be just as good as any pick at that point.
It hurts to think that we could have drafted Greg Jennings or Devin Hester over Cook
Or that we could have kept our 2 picks in the 3rd round and drafted Jhari Evans and Will Blackmon or Brandon Marshall.
What about the Sage trade(s)?
The thing that hurst about the Toby trade is that Tony Moeki was drafted with the pick we traded away.

Here's hoping that there is a 2011 of Tyson Alualu, allowing the Prince to fall to #12

Not true my faithful Viking friend .
1. Does DET get nervous and move up again !
2. Does MIA want Locker more than us .
3. STL would pull the trigger for Julio . Or give us #15 for Rice if the 6/yr tender sticks .
4. JAX wants Jordon/Cal to play next to last years #1 .
5. NE offers real value to get our #3, their #33 and original 3rd and swap for their last , or NE’s 2-2nds and 2-3rds for a chance at 3- #1’s .
6. SD wants to find a partner .
All the way to 20th .
I see a chance . But yes it is difficult .
Carolina is the key . Will they take a QB ?
