Why not get a brat with all the goodies inside it already?
And you don’t cook it in tin foil because then the casing doesn’t get crispy on the outside. Then you have a wet Brat.

Sliding a brat into a taco sounds feels nice on the insdie, but if you don’t watch out you’re going to just ruin the brat…..and the taco.

I think I’d enjoy that southwest style brat however as a half blooded german I prefer the classic Brat + Sauerkraut
