Sidney Rice's breakout season back in 09 was magical. He caught everyball coming his way whether it was too high or too low too far left or right or in the stands. But most people say that Favre was the one making Sidney Rice look good since Rice struggled in his two previous seasons. Well thats crazy talk i'm not sure how skying over 2 defenders and making leaping catches in the redzone the quarterbacks doing. Sidney Rice is a under the radar monster at reciever and if we don't resign him it will be one of the biggest mistakes of the decade.
- He gives us our legit number one recieving option when healthy. The Andre Johnson's, the Larry Fitz, the Steve Smith, the Calvin Johnson...he is one of those kind of guys. I'm not saying he has the talent like them, which i actually think he's pretty close (better than Steve Smith), but he's in the ball park.
- Remember when we struggled to find some legit recievers after Randy Moss initially left? Yea we definately dont want to go through that again.
- He free's up space for Percy Harvin. With Sidney Rice, Harvin's load of work will be decreased while making him more effective in the slot.
I really hope Zygi ante's up for this guy I mean why wouldn't he?
