I don't know if it is Jon Dove's influence or not, but Ponder is seemingly gaining support among the avid football fans out there.  Here is a link to the article itself, but apparetly quite a few football fans out there see the same potential that the TOA did in Ponder.

Here's a comment from Jon Dove about how he sees the 2011 season play out for Ponder:

Christian Ponder will likely be the first of these quarterbacks to start a football game.  If not the first then the most likely to start.  The Vikings do not have many legitimate opinions on the roster and still view themselves as playoff contenders.  Ponder will be asked to play early and lean on Adrian Peterson to carry the load and take pressure.  I have stated many times that I feel Ponder is the most NFL ready quarterback in this draft class.

If you visit the article, you can see that the poll results are currently in favor of our own Christian Ponder.  I found it interesting because the chatter on draft night was that the Vikings had made a terrbile mistake by reaching for Ponder.
