Not sure if this has been posted yet but.... Vikings Sign C Joe Berger and cut Jon Copper
The Vikings announced Monday that they have signed free-agent C Joe Berger, who was cut by the Dolphins prior to the season, and waived C Jon Cooper to make room for Berger.
Berger, a six-year NFL veteran, started 20 games the past two seasons for the Dolphins, including 14 at center last season. The team cut him at the end of the preseason, having drafted its center of the future in Mike Pouncey. He had two stints with the Dolphins (2005-06 and 2009-10) wrapped around a couple seasons with the Cowboys (2006-08).
Cooper started one of 12 games last season for the Vikings. He also appeared in one game in 2009 as John Sullivan's backup.

not that it matters now, but it's jon "cooper", not "copper".
i have no way of really knowing what to think about thisd move.
if the coaching staff didn’t make any improvements already,
then this seems like a very minor tweaky adjustment that
will have little or no real consequence, or so it seems.
warcraft, you are my guitar hero !!!
