Which games will you be watching and which players do you think would be great Vikings?
My favorites are Matt Kalil, TJ McDonald, Alameda Ta'amu, Vontaze Burfict, and Colby Fleener.
If Charlie Johnson plays reasonably well or better, then the Vikings may not be in the market for a left tackle early in the draft. That is my hope.
Then I could live with Vontaze Burfict in the first round and Alameda Ta'amu in the second round. That would shore up the middle of the defense. But I think that Ayodele and Guion will do well and thus the Vikings will not be looking at a DT early either. So put TJ McDonald there instead of Ta'amu and that is not a bad start to the draft at all.
A middle linebacker to replace EJ (or groom behind him if they sign him to a new deal) and a safety. I could live with that.
Who do you like?
