Aaron Curry trade rumor

Hey, I just read an article on PFT that states that the Seahawks are trying to trade Aaron Curry and Curry indicated that the Vikings are one of two teams interested.  Obviously, an OLB isn't going to solve our QB or O-line problems but this could be a good trade for the Vikings if the compensation isn't too high.  Curry was the fourth overall pick in the 2009 draft and is basically the prototype 4-3 OLB.  He's 6'2, 255, and runs a 4.56 forty.  In his career so far he showed a lot of promise in his rookie season but regressed last year and is noted as a guy that is always in position to make the big play but doesn't finish often enough.  Anyway, this guy is only entering his third year and has a boatload of talent so I'd like to see the Vikings pick him up if the price is right.  I'm thinking a 6th round pick would be enough for a deal to get done and would be a fair price to pay for a guy that was a top 4 pick three years ago.  I'd like to hear everybody's thoughts on whether this would be a risk worth taking or not.

Note: Some of you are probably wondering what his contract status is and I couldn't find accurate details.  His rookie contract was a monstrous 6 yr. 60 million deal but he recently restructured to a 4yr. deal and gave up 5 million in guaranteed 2012 money which is now the last year of his deal.  From what I can tell he's due to make just over 5 million this year and roughly 760,000 in 2012 after the restructure.
