Rate my Fantasy Team Please....

Ok so im sure you guys are sick of "rating fantasy teams" but tough cookies, do 2 more! LOL I just had my 2nd draft tonight and my 1st last week, my two teams are as follows: Both leagues are 1QB 2RB 2WR 1RB/WR 1TE 1K 1Def Team 1 12 team league pick #7 QB: Schaub/Orton RB: McCoy/McFadden/Addai/Hardesty/Ronnie Brown WR: Megatron/Britt/Maclin/Santana Moss/Sims-Walker TE: Mercedes Lewis K: Alex Henery Def: New Orleans Team 2 10 team league pick #2 QB: Romo/Kolb RB: AP/Moreno/Hightower/Greene/Hardesty WR: Fitzgerald/Vjax/Steve Johnson/Santana Moss/Bess/Lance Moore TE: Mercedes Lewis K: Vinatieri Def: New England Well those are my two teams, feel free to pick them a part and tell me what I should do in trades or what not. Have at it.

QB: Schaub/Orton : Not sold on Schaub. You may have to replace him with Orton
RB: McCoy/McFadden/Addai/Hardesty/Ronnie Brown: McCoy-Brown duo together is good, McFaddeb is good. Not sold on Addai and Hardesty.
WR: Megatron/Britt/Maclin/Santana Moss/Sims-Walker : Dont trust Britt, Maclin has herpes or Mono or something, S. Moss is fine but his QB?!??
TE: Mercedes Lewis : Good
K: Alex Henery
Def: New Orleans Team :They can go burn in hell (hating them on principle)

RB: AP/Moreno/Hightower/Greene/Hardesty – Hahaha..nice

Def: New England : Underrated but will come good
This is certinaly a very good team. First one..not so much..in my humble opinion.

I agree

1stteamkinda bites. 2 WR’s who get overlooked (especially in PPR) are Bess and Lloyd. Bess is a good guy to watch for bye week option. He doesn’t get a ton of TD but will get some yardage points.
One thing I felt you missed the boat on was the 1st team. Who was your #1 overall. You need at least 3-4 consistant guys. I am seriously wondering what you did here. I would have grabbed a top QB if premeir RBs or WR were gone.
I had a 7th pickand still ended up with Brady and Fitz I was really pleased as I set the trend/runs so it left me with a solid team. Once 2 of us grabbed QB’s, evryone did! then came the run on WR.
I would have liked to seen the board on this one. You seemed to have reached on a couple picks which left you with little in the 1st draft

in the first draft I took lesean mccoy with the 7th pick; I chose him because he is a dual threat but rushing and receiving out of the backfield. My 2nd pick I chose calvin johnson who imo is the 3rd best wr in the league behind andre johnson and larry fitz. I then chose mcfadden in the 3rd which I was extremely happy about considering most “expert mocks” had him going late first-second rd. Felt he was great value in the 3rd and he is also a dual threat rb who will get me points both rushing and receiving. I then took schaub, who ill admit could be a beast or he could be handing the rock off too much. Regardless, at this point the only qbs that were really worth having as starters were schaub/big ben/matt ryan so I rolled the dice on schaub. I then chose maclin and britt. Maclin is healthy and was the #1 wr in philly last year and vicks fav redzone target. Britt had some issues last year with off the field troubles but no denying what he did on the field when he played; now he has a much better qb behind center

And is poised to have a breakout year. I will admit that outside of my starting 2 rbs they get a little shallow (that happens in 12 team leagues) but I feel my wr depth is solid with santana moss, sims-walker and now aj green whome someone just dropped. All in all I actually feel my first team is very solid because I have a lot of big time redzone targets. Might not be the “sexiest” team but “sexy teams” don’t usually win you championships. Steady and consistency is what wins and I feel I have that with this team. And of course people will say team 2 is better because for one, it was a 10 team league and 2 I had the second pick. I think both squads will be competitive, maybe the first team even more than the 2nd!

I like your McCoy pick as he's a beast in PPR leagues.

I had him and Peterson last year in a PPR league and McCoy ended up 2nd to Arian Foster while AD was 5th. 78 receptions for a RB is pretty tough to top in PPR.

Is that a 10 or 12 team league?

Flacco/Newton should be descent. Flacco should put up some really solid #ers this year with Boldin and Lee Evans. I’m really excited to see what Evans can do with that team. Newton, I wasn’t sold on him coming out of college and I’m not sold on him being anything in the NFL either.

Mendenhall/MJD should be really solid for you, guessing you got MJD in the 2nd? Barber im not sold on doing too much in Chicago other than a few goal line carries here and there. Daniel Thomas was a big sleeper for me going in to this season until it was said that Reggie Bush would be getting the mojority of the snaps. Why? I have no clue. Lol

I like your WR’s Mike Williams and Steve Johnson. Only problem with Johnson is they let Lee Evans go so now no one to stretch the field like he could. Mike Williams will only be better with Benn back. Julio Jones is a rookie and hard to depend too greatly on rookies but he should (SHOULD) be an exception this year in a pass happy offense. Sidney Rice is a Piece of **** and would never take him on my fantasy team! LOL Can you sense a little bitterness there regarding Rice? haha

I really like the ZachMiller pick now that Carlson is on the season ending IR. I know TJack is the starting QB over there but he should still get some love from Tjack since he can make the short passes just not the deep passes. That should beneit MIller, but not Rice.

Dan Carpenter had some huge games last year, but any kicker will be solid. Too hard to judge what a kicker will do on any given sunday.

Jets Defense is a no brainer. Probably had to grab them too early though. I never take a defense until the very earliers rd 13. In my ten team league, defenses started going in rd 8.

All in all, a balanced team with your strongest part being your RBs imo. Your recievers will be fine too especially IF lloyd can prove he wasn’t a “one hit wonder” last year. If Orton is the starting QB all season, Lloyd should be fine, if Tebow is there, trade him.

It is a 12 league. I got Jets 11-12th rd..lucky I guess.

Good tip about Lloyd. He did great for me last year so I could not resist.
Daniel Thomas is in my all but 1 teams..I am screwed yet again by Reggie Bush. First he took Kim K, then the NFC chpship+VL trophy and now this!
One of the players in my league ended up doing something stupid and I ended up with these QBs. Thank you again for boosting my confidence.

If ya got a questionable bench guy and Bess is still available I would grab him

Just think getting a QB who put points up is a must! Sure you grab an AD. Calvin, Fitz or CJ but Iwas shocked that I got both Fitz and Brady in my 1st 2 picks. I got some solid RBs who are good on the goal line. Jacobs was one and I even think I got MJD. It was easy as I seemed to dictate the runs on positions which left some guys missing out on some other players so I just flipped back and picked the RB’s I thought would help. I gotta double check that roster but for drafting #8 I came out pretty well.

I grabbed Johnson and Lloyd off waivers last year. Compare the compitition and float these guys so me.
I am not a big Mendenhall fan. Go with 3 WR on the flex

I’m not sold on taking qbs in the first rd when u can get a fine starter I.e. Romo/big ben/ryan/schaub in rd 4 on. I’d much rather stock up on rbs and wrs and take a qb later. In my league qbs get only 4 pts per td pass so I’d rather have rbs and wrs.
