Sorry to report that this great player has passed. He was a Giant for community programs in the Tampa area long after his playing days Many of us old timers remember the days Tampa played in our division. Lee Roy always gave 100 per cent even when the team was in a catagory with the Lions. He never griped or demanded a trade. He acted as a professional by sticking it through the tough times of a franchise and over time success came. I hope when the Bics come to the Dome that we all stand in a moment of silence for this honorable foe. Sad loss for all fans. Great player and even greater human being.
