Fraser has been trying to find a Coordinator that wants to play the Tampa 2 and it looks like he has found one in Indianapolis' DB's coachAllan Williams. I found this article on ESPN 1500's website this afternoon.
It seems that Frasier and Williams have a fairly extensive history together so maybe this might be a good fit.!?
