2011 Season recap
Looking back, 2011 season was an enjoyable one. This post does a nice job on the things we'd have missed out on if the lockout cancelled the season.
News flash... Joe Webb made this list.
27. Joe Webb's talent. There was not much to love about the Vikings' season, except watching their No. 3 quarterback show all of the football world that he has game.
I look forward to what 2012 has in store with the Ponder + Webb combination after a full off season, OTA, mini-camps, and full training camp. The Vikings do have 'game' and 2012 is the year to start turning it 'ON' with a better OLine that can be around for the next 5-10 years.
Enjoy!

Good read
I would have put #10 (Peyton Manning) a little higher, top 3 for sure.

Um, Jared Allen chasing the sack record?
In a season with very few highlights, watching Jared Allen chase the sack record surely warrants a mention on the list, and I’d argue that it was more worth of mention over Joe Webb’s brief spot-starts.
Ponder. Peterson. Percy. Purple Perfection.
It pains me to say this, but...
…I agree. Jared Allen breaking the legit sack record and coming within a 1/2 sack of the “Favre goes dead bird” sack record beats out Webb’s performances. That said, I still think Webb deserved to make this list, and I’m really pleased that it was picked up on this list.

Allen's was more of an accomplishment,
but I probably enjoyed watching Webb more.
The NDSU Bison rock.
I agree, Jared's effort warrants a mention
A team record was set with the NFL record in sights. The team Won-Loss results seems to carry more weight. Unfortunately, we have a tree falling in a forest situation. Something happened, but no one really heard a sound due to the 3-13 record. If it was 13 wins and 3 losses, then it would have a lot more ‘noise’ and be of significance of turning a couple of Losses into Wins. A rusher 25 yards short of the NFL yardage record on a 3-13 team would probably get the same luke warm response. Brees got a few individual marks for himself but is not in the Super Bowl. I think Brees would be more happy to be in the Super Bowl than watching it.
Vikings in 2012 will be a Wonder-ful year. Seriously!!
I also love the game of golf. My favorite golf GPS app is OptimalClub.
It is hands down the BEST golf aid you'll ever have for club distances
