Look, I get it. You lost a Thursday Night game and are looking forward to moving on to the next game. The same thing happened to us, losing to the 9ers a couple weeks ago and then playing against the Lions. The only bummer thing for us was the fact we lost to the Lions 28-24, falling to 4-4. As a Seahawks team on the skid over the last couple of weeks, many of our playoff chances rely on being able to beat your Vikings this Sunday. If you want more information on how the playoffs and the upcoming draft would shake out today, check out our own Tim Connolly's article here.
Anyways, this game looks to be an exciting match-up likely to be fought on the ground and in the trenches. For those of you who are friends with Mike Sando, NFC West Blogger at ESPN, you'd have noticed a recent Facebook post of his stating "Adrian Peterson leads NFL in rushing (775) and yards after contact (404). Marshawn Lynch second (757) and second (303)." It's safe to say that defenders making sure tackles and actively flowing to the ball will play a part in containing the two most beastly runners in the NFL. Oh, I suppose folks are gonna throw the ball too...
