What the Vikings need to improve on during the bye week

I hate to recommend other articles outside here. But I felt this was a good article that all fans would appreciate.

What things to you think are right or wrong? What other things to you think they need to work on? Do you feel that these are the correct priorities for our Vikings?

I think that these items mentioned were very much on target and I whole heartedly agree with the comment about Joe Webb. I think his talent has and is being wasted by the Vikings. I don't think he needs to be the backup QB. I think Bethel-Thompson would be a good backup. He has had the pre-season and 10 games into the season to become familiar with the playbook and the kid has an accurate arm. What better way to help out Ponder than to put him in for a series to make the opposing team backup off the line? That gives Ponder more time to see what the opposing team is doing or what he is doing to make corrections during the game.
