But an agreement if/when/possibly the VIkings play there during construction of the new dig's.

The agreement consist's of adding 3,000 temporary seat's in the open endzone area. So far, reports do not have a dollar amount attached or whether or not alcohol would be allowed for the Vikings games. I would imagine that would be more between UofM and the state/local gov then the Vikings, though I'm sure the Vikes can add a little more umph to that. With this, it may, and I mean a BIG may, mean there is more to the Vikings agreement with the State and Minneapolis then is being publicly disclosed to get things done. Maybe the Legislature will finally put this behind them for another 30 or 40 years? We can hope right? May the Force be with us!
