Cris Carter: Pure. . .Adrenaline
In a couple of days here, we're hopefully going to be posting a story here about how former Minnesota Vikings' wide receiver Cris Carter has finally gotten the call to Canton for enshrinement on the Pro Football Hall of Fame. He might have had the best set of hands in NFL history, and did his fair share of getting blasted by defensive backs over the middle of the football field.
But, boy howdy, you're not getting him on a zip line.
Yep. . .Carter decided to "opt out" of his chance to ride the four-story zip line over the streets of downtown Indianapolis. Not sure that I blame him, to be honest. . .I don't think there's any chance in hell you'd get me on one of those things, either.
Hopefully, as I mentioned earlier, Carter will reach a height of greater than four stories this weekend. . .figuratively, of course. . .when the announcement is made concerning who will be enshrined in the NFL's Hall of Fame Class of 2012.

Not being in HOF is a shame
He was one of the best receivers in the NFL Top five for sure maybe top three
The only thing he does is to catch TD , was a very stupid phrase but it could be the reason why some ignorants think that he do not deserve that honor.
He was a complete player. (excellent blocker BTW)
I do hope that he gets in
Like the hardhat is going to do anything
Other than provide a bowl for your mashed melon after you hit the pavement.
I'd do the zip line.
I’d love to skydive too! I’d jump at the chance!

Yeah zip lines are awesome
That would really suck to be that afraid of heights, I have only zip lined in rural forest areas. this would be a once in a life time opportunity to zip line across some sky scrappers. Even if I didn’t like heights it would be a hard chance to pass up.
Obviously has no bearing on his HoF chances, which should be really good. Honestly the fact that he wasn’t a first ballot inductee really kind of diminishes the actual honor of being a member to me. You let Art Monk in before Cris Carter? That is just shameful
"You can write articles and do whatever you want, you can break down every player. Good, bad or ugly. But we just aren't good enough as a team, as a group. Offensively, defensively and special teams, from the No. 1 on the roster to the last man on the roster. We just aren't good enough. It's as simple as that." - Chad Greenway
It would be my luck
my weight would cause the line to bow downward till a truck hit me.

lol when i played it
i got a gain laundry detergent commercial, i was like WTF? good vid
if he gets the honor it will be well deserved
He had the best hands and control of his body (tip toe drag) than any receiver in the NFL before or since, I believe.
if carter has to wait this long
how long before randy moss will get it?

This has to be the year!
It is a crime that Chris Carter did not gain enshrinement into the NFL Hall of Fame in his first year of eligibility.
It's a freaking travesty
that he’s not in the hall of fame. As a Vikings/Buckeyes fan, he’s one of my all time favorites. Some of the most amazing hands football has ever seen.
2nd in just about every receiving category at the time of retirement, he should have gone in on the 1st ballot.
Never been to the HOF ceremony, seriously considering it if CC and Doleman both get in on this ballot as they should, its only about 100 miles for me.
