Relax, ladies and gentlemen. . .yes, a couple of names have gone off of the board already, notably Pierre Garcon somehow winding up in Washington despite the fact that the Redskins lost about 20% of their cap space yesterday (the league mandated today that the Redskins had to spread their $36 million penalty out over two years), and we've been hearing rumors about this guy going to that place and that guy going there and yadda yadda yadda.

There is no need to freak out yet. Free agency isn't even an hour and a half old, and 532 players hit the free agent market today. It's not as though the Minnesota Vikings aren't going to sign anybody. Just give Rick Spielman and company a little bit of time to get something done.

But, since the initial thread is starting to bog down a bit (as it is wont to do once we get into the 5-600 comment range), here is another thread to discuss today's happenings.
