I am starting to buy into this "we are going to suck again" mode that the Vikings are doing. But, DAMN I just don't get it if we are trying to rebuild and we are letting our QB of the future get destroyed like a tiger devouring a piece of meat! Join me after the jump.

This is what I am talking about! OK in the event we draft Kalil it is still a gamble and don't get me wrong I like Kalil but ANY draft choice is a gamble... THEY HAVE NEVER PLAYED PRO BALL! So we have Kalil (rookie gamble) at LT, Fusco or Johnson at either of the guards spot in which case one is really untested and Johnson is just very average and when with the Colts was basically a journey man of positions on the O-Line on his own damn team. Sullivan is solid and seems to get better and we have Loadholt who has not lived up to his billing and we have seen get beat over and over. I do not like this one bit! We if we go with the idea of "serviceable" guys as our starters and 1 gets hurt that just means there backups are assuredly less than serviceable as well. If you want to build for the future you MUST have a solid foundation and that foundation starts with the QB in the NFL which many times is tied to having an O-Line. It would be like building a house by laying a foundation in the a sever thunderstorm, shit is going to set wrong and have all kinds of issues. Let's not have another year of this:
