If we signed MARCUS MCNEILL ...

do we still draft our LT at No3?

This is conditional on McNeill passing a full medical, but the 2x Pro Bowler is still young at 28, and absolute load in the run game at 6ft7 and 336lbs. He also has some speed in a straight line having clocked a 5.07.McNeill is certainly no Charlie Johnson - he is light years ahead in ability and achievement and has already met with Detroit, Atlanta and KC.

With McNeill onboard we could look to address one of our other two principle needs

1. Morris Claiborne is worthy of a Top5 selection and would instantly upgrade our secondary. At 6ft and 191lbs, he is big enough to be a lock down corner when we have to face Greg Jennings, Brandon Marshall and Calvin Johnson a total of 6 times per season

2. With a LT onboard, providing Ponder with a No1 target would also be an option and Justin Blackmon has all the skills to be a No1 WR in this league

3. Trade down to No8 with Miami. We'd miss on Claiborne and Blackmon but would still have a choice of Michael Floyd (WR), Luke Kuechly (ILB), Michael Brockers (DT), a DE like Melvin Ingram. In such a scenario I would see us getting the Dolphins R2 as well as their R1 in 2013 if their desperate for Tannehill. We could pair our 2x second rounders to move back into R1 if we wanted a CB like Stephen Gilmore who has been rising. Moving into 2013, there is a huge amount of depth at OT, maybe as deep as 2008 when 6 OTs went in R1. So we'd have our CB, a DT or WR or LB and still two picks likely to be early next year What would you do?
