With the 118th pick in the 2012 National Football League Draft, the Minnesota Vikings have selected Arkansas wide receiver Jarius Wright.

Wright is a smaller receiver, measuring in at about 5'9 1/2" and 180 pounds. Last season for the Razorbacks, Wright had 66 receptions for 1,117 yards and 12 scores. He also served as a team captain for the Razorbacks in 2011.

Wright could also project as another return man, although he really didn't do very much in that role with Arkansas this past season. The book on Wright is that he has pretty decent hands and, for someone his size, is surprisingly good over the middle of the field. His route running is going to need to be refined at this level, but he does have the talent to work all of that out.

The Vikings have four of the next twenty picks, so there's going to be plenty of action for our favorite team going forward here. We'll get you as much information as we can on the newest Vikings as quickly as we can get it out there.
