ESPN 1500 is reporting that the Vikings have signed Chris Carr to a 1-Year deal. It isn't necessarily the Carr that people wanted going into free agency, but in my opinion it's a good signing. This definitely heats up the competition, and probably makes it even less likely that we take Claiborne at #3. Matt Kalil is looking more like a lock.
