We can start the celebration of a new Minnesota Vikings stadium with a press conference at the Capitol here in about ten minutes or so.

Unfortunately, we can't embed the stream from here, but you can watch the whole thing unfold at the Vikings' official website starting at approximately 5:45 PM Central time.

I'm still totally buzzing over this entire development. It's going to be interesting to see this press conference and the celebratory tone that it will have to it. Among those that will be speaking are Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton, Minnesota Vikings' owner Zygi Wilf, and others, I'm sure.

Our favorite team is going to be getting the world-class stadium that they deserve. Has it officially sunk in yet, Vikings fans? It hasn't for me quite yet. . .but I'm sure that's something that will change over the course of the next few days here.
