Okay I'm not from Minnesota or have any relatives there. I just love the Vikings. Anywho, I want to give a description of my ideal place to live in Minnesota (Because I'm considering persuading my mother to move up that way), and I want someone who's from or live in Minnesota to point out the best place I should look into staying.

3-room apartments (Gotta start off somewhere right?)

Low-Crime Rate (Because No-Crime rate is impossible right?)
