This is the link that tells us about some of Christian Ponder's trust in Simpson already. Throughout the offseason I've wanted the Vikings to sign him, but I didn't know if he was signed yet. Well, looks like we got a steal out of signing him. The only question is, will he stay out of trouble and what will his cost be next year? He is definitely talented, I was flippin out after we signed him. After watching

it seems that Ponder likes him already.
If we look at our first three games (in which Simpson is suspended) are all very winnable and the Vikings can start the season 2-1 or 3-0 and assuming Peterson and Simpson come back Week 4 the Vikings are looking to be very competitive this year or at least much better than last year.
I hope Simpson can redeme himself and Ponder improves because of him.
