It is common knowledge that we Vikings fan's can make some serious noise. Even rooting for a not so winning team in a not so galmorous sporting venue can't stymie our thirst for getting rowdy. We fans create a unique home field advantage that is famous around the league and has struck fear into many opponents. I believe on most articles discussing the loudest stadiums in the NFL, the Dome comes in at about #3 and sometimes #2. Just think how loud we are going to get after gaining one of our most sought after victories- a new stadium!
The Metrodome is approx. 900,000 sq ft in total area with an internal mass of just over 400,000 sq ft. I believe the new stadium is going to almost double in size and have a far more efficient seating arrangement. There will also be more adequate areas near the stadium for tailgaiting, and I even read a story about the Minneapolis armory turning into a party zone before (and probably after) Vikings games. All these factors and pointing to the conclusion that we Vikings fans (aka the best in the NFL), will get even louder and create an even larger home field advantage. Will we create the best home field advantage for any stadium in any sport? Cast your vote!

No, bigger stadium won't let the sound compress like the Metrodome (15 votes)
Will get louder, still wont surpass CenturyLink Field (4 votes)
No matter how loud it gets, it won't be as good of an advantage as the ol' Met Stadium (18 votes)
