Matt Blair #20 onto Viking Ring of Honor

He played on two of the Vikings four Super Bowl teams, a six time Pro Bowl linebacker (only surpassed on defense by #1 jersey on DN Alan Page who had 9 appearances). Blair amassed 1452 tackles during his playing career which ranks 2nd all time on the team. He is the team leader with 20 blocked kicks. I forgot about this the Vikings use to be pretty good at blocking kicks (and getting interceptions). The induction will take place on Oct. 25th at halftime of the Tampa Bay game. Played from 1974-85 and will be in the record books for years to come. Congratulations Matt Blair. He had a pretty darn good college career at Iowa State.

I don't know who/how picks/decides who gets into the ring. I can't argue with anyone on this list. Is there a limit on how many can make the club?
