And what does Frazier say? Just some milk toasty stuff about the defense not do anything right. Compare that with Mike Tice, the Bears offensive coach who took his players to task for poor performance against the Bills Thursday night.

Frazier just never sets expectations with his players and that's why they play often at 50%. That's why Tyrell Johnson and Madieu Williams got by for a few years with some of the worst safety play in the NFL. Frazier just never let them know that their play was not up to bar. It took him a few years to smell the roses and get rid of them. Always hoping that players will just magically turn it around, whether or not they have the talent or not.

I'm beginning to think that those years of a great run D were due to the Williams Wall with no credit due Frazier.

I am not saying he should through a tantrum or panic. I am saying he should be demanding and publicly call out poor performance. Accountability matters. The Vikings right now have none.
