This is were I ask you if you have seen a lot of talk about the Vikings from people outside the fan circle/organization. And if you haven't I think you should look at a few before going on. Anyways for the people who have ill talk about it more after the Jump.
Alright, many of you have probably noticed that many people outside the Vikings organization/fan base have been hard on the Vikes this off season. And by hard, I mean they are basically smashing our hopes with a sledgehammer and laughing at us. With comments like "An the Vikings choose ______ with the number one pick of the 2013 draft." and "When your big FA signings are Carlson and Simpson it's a bad sign." ect.
However here is were the conversation starts.
How do you feel about it, I mean is it a result of people judging the Vikings on last year, or are they really looking into the details of the team?
Here's were I stand:
I feel like many writers/analysts are just writing the Vikings off, and not really looking into the details. I mean Simpson has looked good, Rudolf has looked great, AD is just a freak of nature (yep went there), the secondary is basically totally redone, we still have a great front 7 (lead by the greatest DE I have ever personally seen), and by the sounds of it (and what I have seen) Ponder looks miles above were he was at the start of last season. I don't think the Vikings are going to be an unstoppable force, but I think they are going to come out swinging and are going to land a few surprising knock out blows.
Well those are my thoughts what are yours? Are you in agreeance with the analysts, are you some were in the middle, or are you optimistic like me?
(Also sorry for the spelling and grammar errors, not my strong point.)
