The Minnesota Vikings continue to lead the San Francisco 49ers at the Metrodome as we go into the final quarter of play.
The second half got off to a fairly disastrous start for the Vikings, courtesy of a 94-yard kick return by Kyle Williams. The Vikings held the Niners to a field goal on that possession, but after a three-and-out San Francisco got their first touchdown of the day, a 1-yard pass from Alex Smith to Vernon Davis to close the gap to 17-13. However, as we move to the fourth quarter of play, the Vikings are looking at second and goal from the San Francisco 5-yard line after a loss of yards by Adrian Peterson.
The Vikings are attempting to get the momentum back in this one after losing it early in the second half. We've got just one quarter of play left in this one. Can the Vikings hold on? Hang out with us and find out!
