Debating Real And Video Game Greatness

Stay connected for news and updates

Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports

The folks at Gillette have decided to let us continue with our "No Debate" series, and this week's topic is one that's a bit off the beaten path. That's because it comes (at least partially) from the world of video games.

This week's question is this:

Who is the most dominant player both on the field. . .and in EA Sports' Madden NFL '13?

Now, ordinarily I'd be able to toss out all sorts of names and examples. However, in the interest of full disclosure, I must inform you that my copy of Madden NFL '13 is sitting here in front of me, still encased in the shrink wrap, and has not yet seen the light of my PlayStation 3. Between moving and all of the other things that have been going on recently, I just never bothered to pick it up until a few days ago.

But, if this really is the most realistic football game ever made. . .I'm going to go waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay out on a limb and guess that this Adrian Peterson fellow is pretty good.

With that, I'll open the floor to those of you that have significantly more experience with this year's version of Madden than I do. Have at it, ladies and gentlemen!
