It is time for Christian to ponder the pine

This circus of qbs is exactly that. Frasier is not showing any signs of being a competent coach. He only shows he is willing to ride ponder into the coaching grave. This is a lose lose situation. ponder has shown us everything he has to give. He is a second string qb at best. It is time to give up on him.

We have invested in other qbs as well. Cassel is everything we knew he was. Another good second string qb. Freeman is untested but some would say otherwise. I say this knowing he looked to be thrown to the wolves in his first MN game. The announcers even said you cannot run that same play that many times against veteran players and expect it to work. He did not have his head wrapped around the playbook yet and it showed. Another issue....THE MOST DANGEROUS running back in the nfl carried the ball 13 times. Yes you read that right... 13 TIMES!!! That against a defense that let Knowshon Moreno run for 93 yards 2 touchdowns, DeAngelo Williams 120 yards and 0 tds, We handed the ball over 53 times to a qb that didnt know the playbook. That is mind boggling and not fair to Freeman or any viking on the field. My personal opinion is Frasier was shoving Freeman up Ricks (cuss word here) that game. Peterson has been Ponders crutch all his career and it was not given to Freeman. If it was, it was yanked from him at game time.

It is time to see what we have now before we go into the offseason. A fair shot for Freeman.

What are your thoughts... Who should play going forward?
