Should the Vikings trade for... HC JIM HARBAUGH this offseason?!?!?

Our coaching staff really stinks right now. In fact, I think Zygi Wilf forgot to flush the toilet last offseason... Oh well, he was smart. He knew this train wreck was coming. That is exactly why he only signed Leslie Frazier to a 1 year contract extension.

So here is an interesting thought: Should the Vikings trade for 49ers head coach Jim Harbaugh this offseason?

If you can remember Jon Gruden was traded to the Buccaneers for 4 draft picks and $8,000,000 because he didn't want to put up with Al Davis in Oakland anymore. So it is legal to trade a coach to a different team. And a few years later the Bucs ended up winning it all.

Jim Harbaugh is one of, if not the best head coach in the NFL right now. He is known as a great motivator who can get 100% out of anyone. He is also a defensive genius who knows his stuff. He literally polished a turd when he turned Alex Smith into a decent QB and did a great job in the development of Colin Kaepernick. He took the stinky Mike Singletary-led 49ers (who is ironically on our current coaching staff) and turned them into a super bowl contender.

I doubt Jim would want to leave SF at this point in time, but I guess you never know. It would probably take a lot to get him in Minnesota to. But if it were to payoff we would have one of the best coaching staffs in the NFL (Jim could find some great OC's and DC's).
