We have all watched this team stumble to a 2-8-1 record and there are plenty of reasons for it.
- A defense that gives up over 31 points per game(average)
- 4th quarter collapses
- questionable play calls(Musgrave, Frazier)
- inconsistent QB play
Even with all of these problems, we can easily cover up most of them with a Franchise QB!
Look at our Green loving Neighbors, with their QB( Who i despise) they were 5-2 while boasting one of the league's worst defenses. Now look at them, they have gone 0-3-1, losing to a Giants team that was previously 0-6, and not even getting a win against our Purple that gave them every opportunity to steal back that game. What does all of this spewing tell you? It tells you that having a great QB covers up nearly all of your shortcoming, as we had the pleasure to witness in 2009.
So folks, lets start a dialogue up. I feel like regardless of where we end up in the draft positioning, we need to get a QB, and in the first round. I would prefer if we just lost the rest o
f our games so we can get Bridgewater, but somehow the Vikings suck at even losing right, as we saw on the fateful win at Washington in 2011. What do you guys think? Should we Tank? Should we draft a QB in the first round? Should we focus on defense? Lets debate!!
