We are better without Percy Harvin.....even though we are not....

Hello again, my fellow norsemen. The more I think about "the harvin situation" the more I am torn.

Tor

n because I feel we may be better in 2013 if Harvin is not in purple. Now dont get it twisted, I habe been one of the biggest Harvin fans dating back to his time in florida. I wanted him over Maclin that year, and rejoiced when philly passed on him. He was the last first round pick we had, that I wanted before hand since Mckinnie. Regardless of who he plays for next year, I will still be cheering for him.

However, I have come to the conclusion that we are a better team at this time without him. I know what your thinking, "Homer, we obviously won more games without him." B

But here is why I feel we are actually better without him.

Two words: Bill Musgrave......imagine that......

I think it really showed last season that when 12 was on the field we got away from our bread and butter. However if Purple Jesus gets 25+ carries a game, I feel we have a much better chance of succeeding.

I'm not sure there's a worse offensive coordinator in football. Like it or not, thats the situation we have to deal with until theres a coaching change.
