Well, I was just about to post this, the second part, when the Percy Harvin "story" broke. yeah.. so instead of this getting buried in numerous posts, I decided to wait it out.

Remember, for criteria: I would like to say that we are not only voting for what would be most favorable, but also what is most likely. For instance, One of the choices will be Manti Te'o at #23. If you would LIKE to have Manti, but don't think he'll be there, don't vote for that choice. I'm trying to compile the most probable AND most favorable situation.
