At 4:30 PM Central time, the NFL Network will have the announcement as to who will be enshrined in Canton as members of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Class of 2013. (And I think you can watch it on NFL.com as well.)This will be the sixth consecutive season that Minnesota Vikings' legendary wide receiver Cris Carter is up for induction. Will he finally break through this time around?

I'll be honest with you, folks. . .I'm fully expecting Carter to get screwed by the voting committee again. Why? Why not? We've been over the numbers time and time again. . .they really do speak for themselves. The fact that he's not currently in the Hall of Fame. . .to say nothing of the number of times he's been passed over. . .is a complete joke. But, as I said, I'm guessing that the voters will find an excuse to not put him in. They've done it for five consecutive years. . .what's one more?

But, we're all going to know in a couple of hours, one way or another. Feel free to discuss things about the Hall of Fame here, folks. . .and, again, don't be too surprised when it happens.
