I was just looking at the free agents still available. I see Andre Smith is still sitting out there. I have not heard anything about him and resigning with the Bengals. I think he could make an excellent Guard. Place him next to Loadholt and those two could part the red sea.

I am not sure what kind of contract he would demand. But I am sure we could make some room by getting rid of Charlie Johnson. That guy plain stinks, and is not worth the 3.85 million he is getting. I am sure he could be had for somewhere in the area of 5 million a year. Which would not be bad for a good guard. He has the talent, its just the question of drive. And he couldnt possibly be worse than Charlie Johnson or Fusco.
