April 9th, "Keenan Allen Day" for the Mocks and Vikings.

Allen now is damaged goods as a WR with a PCL in his knee that just won't heal from a game on Oct.27, 2012. Recently went to the "The knee Doctor" Dr. James Andrews.

Allen had to take a pass on the the NFL combine due to the knee, and most recently, his pro day in late March. Saying after the event, "The knee hasn't been feeling normal since I tweaked it." Now he will try again in a workout on April 9th in Greensboro, N. C. As Allen and his agent sees his millions slowly slip away, teams will no doubt take the young man off their draft boards if he does not produce in a big way, this will be his last chance. His Pro Day participation was limited to a hand-eye coordination drill -- it came at the request of a scout from the Minnesota Vikings -- in which Allen knelt and caught a ball tossed from a few yards away. A sad end to a great career? Mercifully, it now appears after the events coming on April 9th, the Vikings and mock draft folks will finally get the lowdown on Allen. One way or the other, if not already off the Viking's board, The story that wouldn't end, might just be around the corner for us all.
