It's only a feeling. An inkling.
At 25, the Vikings will be looking at Alec Ogletree and Kevin Minter. Quite honestly, either pick would be a high end upgrade for our football team. The truth of the matter is that Minter might be available later, possibly in to the second round.
There is a team out there that is desperate for a linebacker, really desperate. That team is Baltimore at 32. If Ogletree is there at 25, don't be surprised to see us trade 25 back to 32 with an extra 3rd round pick. Minter will be there at 32. Ogletree will not.
Baltimore needs the highest upside linebacker that they can get, and they will trade up with the Vikings on draft day to get there.
Bank on it.
