These awards garnered during his high-school and college careers make him one of the most highly decorated prospects to ever play the game of football. With offers from 30+ college programs, he was on the national top ten recruiting lists of the majority schools before the start of his senior year. With this he was considered the highest recruited talent regardless of sport in his home state.

If you have not guessed by now, It is Manti Te'o. Like it or not, for whatever reason(s) you may have, odds are good that Vikings GM Rick Speilman goes after the Notre Dame phenom hot and heavy in this years draft.

I wont defend Mr. Te'o's actions off the field. Nor will I curse Speilman for drafting him. Looking at the lists of his accomplishments above, can you really blame him? Really? .........Really?
