I know the Vikings have a few big needs as i follow them fairly close (best friend is a Vikings fan). The question I ask is would the Vikings consider getting 2 potential playmakers in the first round or try and trade up and get 1 impact player. Granted the term impact can be loosly used because no one can guarantee that the player will have success in the NFL. Still is it worth the risk?
The main target I have in mind for you is a tackle. Don't worry its a deffensive tackle. His name is Shariff Floyd. Many scouts have compared his play to Warren Sapp, and we all know good he was. Right now on ESPN's scouts grades, Floyd is #2 overall with a 97 overall. Also Floyd is Mike Mayock's #1 rated DT. Just imagine having a young natural talent like Floyd next to Kevin Williams.
So Basically I ask you the fans which would you prefer. Would you be thrilled to move up and get a guy like Floyd or maybe Dion Jordan who I did not previously talk about, or would you rather sit back and see which guy falls to you? (Also not a bad choice)
